the robes felt especially soft. an espresso machine sat ready for use within my club double. the decor brought a feeling of warmth to the room, i felt instantly at home.

The location was GREAT. Very central to everything i needed.
The bar service was slow. i ordered a gin and tonic. It took nearly thirty minutes to arrive. THEN it was the wrong gin. i just drank it anyway.

Surprise and Delight!

I asked for a ground-level room, and the hotel did it! Breakfasts were good both days. The staff remembered my intolerance for wheat. I got spinach and tomatoes in place of bread, quickly! The bar and front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
The coffee machines was removed from my room, this was not ideal for me. I like good coffee in the morning. I think coffee machines are standard now, so it surprised me.

The rooms had fantastic decoration and seemed very clean. I liked the robes. The espresso coffee machine added to the room's comfort, even if it was later removed.

The hotel is very near the station, maybe a four-minute walk. It made getting around easy. Shops are also nearby for any needs.

I liked the bar atmosphere. The restaurant seemed like an easy place to eat and drink. Breakfast had great options and accommodated my requests.

The Club Double room provided a comfortable space. The room included slippers and dressing gowns which I did not expect.
The fridge was not plugged in. There was also no plug nearby. I found the bathroom was not very clean. The vent was full of DUST.

the location was quite convenient. i also found the club room to be worth the extra cost. the room was friendly and service-minded.
the staff did not really show full interest in my experience. they never enquired about the food i got served or whether i was happy with it at the time. the breakfast was not properly prepared. the eggs were either slimy or hard-boiled for three days.

WOW, what a place to stay!
central locationamazing cocktail
I REALLY enjoyed the hotel's central location, it was so convenient. The room had a VERY nice decor and a lovely bathroom, it felt luxurious. The team at the bar made amazing cocktails. They are a definite asset TO this place.

The breakfast offered plenty of choice, it included lots of fresh fruit. Dinner food quality was really good, i had a VERY tasty meal. Bar service was REALLY slow at times, i waited a long time for drinks.

Rooms are spacious and well equipped. The rooms were clean and tidy, with hold decor i LOVED. Rooms can be dark due to the decor, but it adds to the ambiance.

The hotel provides spa services with treatments. I had a massage and guidance on future treatments THAT will prevent pain. This shows the staff genuinely cares about client wellbeing, i was so impressed.

I was overwhelmed by how friendly the staff were. They always wanted to ensure my needs were met, i got everything i wanted. They were quick to solve problems when needed too.

The hotel is in a central location near the train station WHICH i appreciated. It's within walking distance to shops and restaurants, very convenient. This location may be too central for some people THOUGH.
